After completing a PGCE and teaching for two years in London, Xana moved to Paris in 2003. She has taught English Language and Literature at several bilingual schools, as well as English as a Foreign Language in various contexts, including at the British Council. Xana joined the British Section at the Lycée International de Saint-Germain-en-Laye in 2006, where she is currently Head of English and coordinates an accelerated English course for Seconde (Year 11/Grade10) students. She obtained a Masters in International Education in 2011, for which she researched students’ experiences of bilingual education and their perceptions of its rewards and challenges.
